DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 7 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact connect@geetadwivedi.com within 7 days of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

All our Professional Services are pre-booked with a Payment after which you can get on a Project Planning Call to scope out the Project and finalize the Deliverables. 

In case of any Expectations-Mismatch, we provide 100% No-Questions-Asked Refund till the Planning Call stage.

Once the Planning Call is approved, and Project Go-Ahead is given from your side, the Order is treated as Final.
